How on earth?

I was thinking about this today:  Matt Millen is a football analyst for ESPN.  How on earth did this guy get this job? 

He is solely responsible for one of the most resounding management failures in football professional sports history; his mishandling of the Lions for eight seasons, highlighted by drafting some of the biggest busts in pro football history (Mike Williams, Roy Williams, Charles Rogers, Joey Harrington to name a few) is legendary. 

Yet, he is now on ESPN telling me how the game should (and should not) be played.

Damn, I'm really doing something wrong with my life.
